KassenSichV Export according to DSFinV-K
Current version: DSFinV-K 2.3 and comply with the laws as of 1.7.2022
Compatibility with Amadeus Verify from HF 8 for SP 14. You can find all information on this in the HS-SSP document in the download area of your Hypersoft portal.
This export of the booking data is prescribed identically for all POS system manufacturers by the Federal Office of Finance.
The data generated by a technical security device, the so-called TAR Files, which are usually made available once a day, are later kept in long-term archiving for 10-11 years. In the event of an inspection, the POS data and the log files of the technical safety device are compared and irregularities are detected. The export of the cash journal and the export of the TAR files are done from the same export program. Both exports (cash register data and TAR files) can also become relevant in the event of cash register crashes or cash register inspections and must always be within your access.
For a certain period of time these data may remain in the TSE. Hypersoft currently uses this time to offer you up to two options in the future:
- Use of an internal fully automated archiving system within the Hypersoft Suite
- (Not yet binding: connection to DATEV archiving, which provides numerous secondary functions).
DSFinV-K Export
You execute the export in the program Journal and Export. Like all exports, this one can also be automated if required
